Summary of Meeting

A meeting of Parents Management Association of BRNSS was held on 18/07/09 at LT-01 in MIT campus of best, average & weak students of all the classes of BRNSS institutions of Mandsaur.

·Attendees of the meeting are: -

Chairman BRNSS, Director MIT, Director BRNCOP, Principal MIT, Principal MIST, Principal MIP, TPO MIT, Dean MIT, HOD’s (MIT, BRNCOP, MIST, and MIP), PRO, Coordinator PMA & Parents.

·Director MIT has welcomed the attendees & focuses on various activities like new developments & facilities available for students of BRNSS Institutions.

·Director BRNCOP stated about the reason of constructing common PMA body of all BRNSS institutions.

·Principal MIST explained various scheme like TGS, PMA & different departmental societies that works for the welfare of the students.

·TPO MIT displayed the database of various placement activities that were running by the institutions & the placement records. 

·After all these formal activities Chairman has interacted with the parents & discussed various issues for better performance of their ward as well as BRNSS institutions.

·Parents gave following suggestions: -

ØInformation regarding the students should reach to the parents well in time through post.

ØThere should be healthy relationship between faculties & students.

ØPMA meet should be organized after each semester.

ØMore emphasis should be given on the practical portion as compare to the theoretical part.

ØConcession in fees should be given to the talented students in MIT like MIST.

ØExtra classes should be arranged for weak students.

·Principal MIP gave vote of thanks.
