Sports

          Ever since man became a civilized animal, sports have been an integral part of every society. In ancient Greek Sports were given the importance of religious rituals and hence the tradition called Olympics began as an offering to god.

          The students of Mandsaur Institute of Technology have the required facilities, infrastructure and support for the promotion of fitness amongst the students. Sports not only keep the students fit, at the same time the spirit involved in it keeps them in a positive, competitive and winning mode.

         The playgrounds and the indoor games facility are excellent in Mandsaur Institute of Technology. There are volleyball courts, cricket ground, basketball courts, Table Tennis room, Athletic track, football ground etc.

Achievements

• Our college Volleyball team has won the championship during the R.G.P.V. University, Inter Collegiate Volley Ball Tournament at JIT Khargone 

•  Our college table tennis team participated in Collegiate of R.G.P.V. University sports and won the gold medal in girls’ section.

• In Chess, College team got the second position during Inter Collegiate of R.G.P.V. University tournament held at JIT, Khargone.

• Our college Cricket team have participated in inter Collegiate tournament of R.G.P.V University at Vidisha . Our team performance was quite appreciable.

•  “Best Institute Award ”in sports during the inter Collegiate sports meet on held at JIT Khargone.
