PARENTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF BRNSS HELD ON

3rd APRIL 2011 AT JAORA

A meeting of Parents Management Association of BRNSS was held on Sunday, 3rd April 2011 at 11.00 AM at “Lions club hall, Jaora for Ratlam District students.

Following members were present in the meeting: -

The Dean, MIT welcomed the Chief Guest, Executive Chairman, Members and Parents and discussed various activities like new developments & facilities available for students of BRNSS institutions.

Director, BRNCOP stated about the reason of constructing common PMA body of all BRNSS institutions.

Principal, MIST explained various scheme like TGS, PMA & different departmental societies that works for the welfare of the students.

TPO, MIT displayed the database of various placement activities that were running by the institutions & the placement records.

The Executive Chairman has then interacted with the parents and discussed various issues for better performance of their ward as well as BRNSS institutions.

Parents gave following suggestions: -

o Arrangements should be mad to organize campus placements of good companies at priority.
o Information of Teacher Guardian under TGS should be given to respective parents.

o Financial assistance for weaker meritorious students has been demanded.
o Information regarding the students should reach to the parents well in time.
o PMA meet should be organized in each semester.
o More emphasis should be given on the practical in comparison to the theory.
o Extra classes should be arranged for weak students.
o Cleanness should be maintained in the hostel/mess.
o Regular visit should be there of concern I/C or authority in hostels.
o Quality of food in mess should be improved.
o Faculty should accompany the student at the time of open campus recruitment at other colleges.
o Mock test should be organized regularly for final year students.
O Sessional marks should be given more to the students as per their performance.
O Quality of food should be improved in mess.
O Water facility should be improved in hostel

Meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by Coordinator PMA BRNSS.
